Our Founder

We are action driven strategist who enjoy helping organizations to be successful. 

We are a team of professionals in the areas of education, business and marketing. All of our experience is utilized as we work on your project. When you work with us, you too are an active member of the team. Communication and transparency are paramount in our services.

Although we are based in Maryland, our clientele is international. We work with clients in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, New Orleans, Atlanta, Houston, Michigan and in Lagos, Nigeria.


Dr. Donovan Griffin-Blake is an established professional educator. She is known for her dedication to creating equitable learning environments that lead to success for all stakeholders. Dr. Griffin-Blake is a transformational leader with a proven track record for supporting teachers, schools, districts, colleges/universities, and educational companies. She has been recognized as an awarding winning educator and known for her work as a dynamic Advocate, Coach, Leader, Professional Developer, Author, Speaker, Scholar, STEM Expert and Equity Warrior.

​A native of New Orleans, Louisiana; Dr. Griffin-Blake began over 24 years ago as a Science teacher in the Washington, D.C. She has spent 20 years as an educator in Montgomery County Public Schools, the largest school district in Maryland. As a school leader Donovan engaged students, staff, parents and community stakeholders through her Collaborative Classroom Strategies to help create optimal learning environments for all students, which lead to academic improvement. She is committed to professional development and closing opportunity gaps. As the Science Education Coordinator at Bowie State University, she has experience providing professional learning and enhancing the capacity of all stakeholders through research-based coaching strategies. Dr. Griffin-Blake has extensive knowledge of local and federal grants and is currently managing two long term awards. In 2022, she join became a distinguished ORISE Fellow.

Dr. Griffin-Blake holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Howard University, a Master's degree in Special Education from George Washington, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Bowie State University. She also holds advanced certification in Biology 6-12, Special Education 0-Adult, and an Administration certification in the state of Maryland. 

Donovan is best known as a ‘Resource Strategist’. She has a vast network and uses it to help make connections for other organizations. She has honed these skills during her tenure with the White House Initiative on HBCUs as the 2016 All-Star for Bowie State University and in 2017, when she co-produced the Inaugural Braintrust at the Congressional Black Caucus with Representative Alma S. Adams, Ph.D. Donovan is a member of the Inaugural Cohort for the Black Ambition Prize, a platform for Black entrepreneurs, founded by musician Pharrell Williams. She is currently a consultant for the White House Initiative on HBCUs, President's Board of Advisors and she serves on the Board of Directors for the Council of Exceptional Children (Maryland Chapter) and the Maryland Association of Teacher Educators. 

Dr. Griffin-Blake has a focus on elevating instruction and leadership that support student success and reach targeted goals.
