Donovan Griffin-Blake,
President & CEO
Drawing on 25 years of experience in K-12 and higher education, Dr. Donovan Griffin-Blake offers exceptional insights and strategies for educators, institutions, and businesses. Specializing in curriculum development, instructional methods, educational leadership, and workforce training, she provides tailored solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and organizational performance. Her extensive background ensures innovative, effective approaches that resolve unique challenges. Donovan is a certified educator, showcasing her expertise in Educational Leadership. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Howard University, Master's degree from George Washington, and Doctorate from Bowie State University. She has worked with DC Public Schools, Montgomery County Public Schools, Prince George's County Public Schools, the White House Initiative on HBCU's, Girl Scouts of the USA, the US Army and various Colleges and Universities.
A native of New Orleans, Louisiana Donovan brings a rich cultural perspective and a deep commitment to education. Driven by a mission to foster excellence and innovation in education, our founder continues to lead with the unique blend of tradition and forward-thinking that is entrenched in her cultural heritage.
Dr. Armecia Hassell
Dr. Armecia Hassell
Dr. Armecia Hassell is a dedicated leader and public school educator with over 20 years of experience. Holding a doctorate in Educational Leadership, a master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies/English. She has contributed to various research projects aimed at meeting the needs of underserved scholars. Dr. Hassell is an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Additionally and she has served as Assistant Director for a non-profit organization designed to close the opportunity gap for minority students. Her skillset lies in her desire and passion for young people, and when she is not working she is an avid rollerskater and spends time out with her children.
Guernica D. Williams
Guernica D. Williams
Guernica D. Williams is the Creative Director of After 6 Media Group, LLC. Her passions embody creating content for audiences in the areas of radio, tv, film, and social media platforms.
Guernica is a social activist for Black men and Black boys and the founder/creator of iChangeTheNarrative, a social initiative birthed (2018) to empower portrayals of Black males in media. Bridging story with global assemblies in order to promote belonging, othering, and changing the narrative is her passion behind EVERY creative pursuit!
We are a team of professionals in the areas of education, business and marketing. All of our experience is utilized as we work on your project. When you work with us, you too are an active member of the team. Communication and transparency are paramount in our services.
Although we are based in Maryland, our clientele is international. We work with clients in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, New Orleans, Atlanta, Houston, Michigan and in Lagos, Nigeria.
